Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees In the event of a cancellation, 100% of your reservation deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. Regarding Late Arrivals If you are unable to arrive for your appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience, but if you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, we may have to shorten your treatment time or refuse your appointment. (Please note that even if we have to shorten part of your treatment, you will still be charged the full price of the original treatment.) In addition, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we regret that we may have to cancel your appointment due to the convenience of subsequent appointments. In such cases, we will charge you the full treatment deposit in accordance with our cancellation fee policy. Regarding Cases Where We Refuse to Welcome You We will refuse you from visiting us if you are intoxicated.
